Project #3

This is an improved version of a card I have already made. I introduced a few extra elements to show how the more advanced crafter can improve on an existing design to jazz it up a bit.

Supplies

Cardstock: Real Red; Chocolate Chip; Whisper White

Ink: Real Red; Chocolate Chip

Ribbon: Real Red

Stamps: Sincere Salutations; Holly, Jolly Christmas

Other: Scalloped Edge; Crystal Effects; sponge daubers; hodgepodge hardware

Design notes

• Use the sponge daubers to soften the edge. I particularly like the Whisper White sponged onto the Chocolate Chip cardstock to add that 'snowy' feel.
• Stamp more than 1 Santa image and use dimensionals between layers to add a bit of pizzazz. I have added crystal effects to the buttons on Santa's shirt.
